It's Back to School Time!

Since school is about to begin, it is time
to start getting ready: gathering supplies,
getting up earlier in the morning,
reviewing your math facts...!

What are you doing to prepare
to go back to school?

What do you hope to learn
during this new school year?

What special activities are you
looking forward to?

  1. Dear Mrs. Ranney and Scribes,

I am very excited to enter fifth grade this year at Pomelo Elementary School. To prepare for the year I am making sure I have all the recommended school supplies. In fifth grade I hope to learn about our presidents and the constitution of America. I also would like to learn more about different countries and their daily life. Two special activities I look forward to are getting to travel to Pali Mountain with all my friends. Pali Mountain is as beautiful as a rose on a sunny spring day. The second thing I look forward to is Graduation. At Graduation you can dance, you can eat, you can scream, and most of all you can have fun. I can hardly wait for the school year.

    Sincerely,
    Sydney
